Includes:

- Phuket guidance and recommendations

- taxi requests, transfer and fast-track bookings, car rental

- organizing tours, spa bookings, shows, concerts and restaurant reservations

- yacht and helicopter charter

- event planning and coordination

- online orders (Lazada, iHerb, groceries, water) → 20% service fee

- coordination with staff (nanny, chef, driver, trainer)

- help with immigration matters (TM30, resident certificate, 60-day stamp extension)

- communication with property representatives on practical matters (cleaning, laundry, repairs)*

*We will make every effort to help resolve practical issues, but responsibility for quality and timing remains with the management company that rented out the property
